Our supports enable people who need additional assistance to succeed in finding or maintaining work. We do this by:

  • Providing ‘real jobs’ in ‘real workplaces’.
  • External wage assessments and remuneration through the applicable industry awards.
  • Offering new opportunities, to develop skills and personal qualities valued in mainstream employment.
