Bianca has over 10 years of experience in disability support, with a strong focus on supported employment. She is passionate about creating engaging activities and celebrating the achievements of every client, helping them build confidence, skills, and independence in a fun and meaningful way.

Tanya develops tailored e-learning programs for Hurdle participants, combining creativity and practical learning strategies. As a stay-at-home mum to a 5-year-old and a 1-year-old, she brings patience, adaptability, and a personal touch to every program she creates, helping participants learn at their own pace.

Cherie is a qualified counsellor specialising in addictions, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She provides compassionate, professional support to participants, helping them develop coping strategies, resilience, and wellbeing while navigating life’s challenges.
