With over 15 years collective experience in the disability sector with NDIS Support Coordination, Hurdle are specialists in tailoring supports that focus on outcomes, transferrable to the real world.
Hurdle is a contemporary and innovative service provider, working solely with people with a disability funded with supports from the National Disability Insurance Agency. Hurdle differs from other organisations with their structure of supports. We believe that all people, no matter their disability, have the same rights and should be given the same opportunities to explore learning and work in the community.
To inspire, empower, and enable people with disability to have independence, a meaningful job, choice and control in their lives.
Our mission is to empower people with disability to achieve their life goals and aspirations, by fostering independence, promoting achievement of work and learning goals, and providing supports to discover, develop and demonstrate their full abilities.
Our Vision is for an inclusive community, where people with disability are empowered and supported to reach their life goals and aspirations.
We are dedicated, determined, and use our
drive and commitment to engage, support
and inspire others.
We use forward thinking to develop
sustainable service delivery models that
create opportunities and choices.
We take pride in delivering the highest quality
standards of supports, which ensures client
satisfaction, service excellence and the future of
our
employees and our growth.
We strive to provide a safe learning and working,
environment that reduces risks to our employees
and clients by planning, collaborative teamwork
and training.
